Accessibility Statement

Updated May 2026

Northcourt Studio is committed to designing digital experiences that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including visitors using assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as a foundation of considered design — not an afterthought.

Standards we follow

Our work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. We aim to meet or exceed these standards across structure, color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus management, and assistive-technology compatibility.

How we apply this

Each project is built with semantic markup, descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery, accessible color systems, scalable typography, and fully keyboard-operable interactions. Forms are labelled clearly, focus states are visible, and motion is kept restrained and respectful of user preferences.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We regularly review the studio's own website and client engagements as standards evolve and improve them where issues are identified.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website or on a site we have built, please let us know through our contact form on the home page. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond promptly.
