Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Northcourt Studio projects are custom digital service engagements reserved exclusively for each client.
Because studio time, planning, and production capacity are allocated immediately upon payment, fees become non-refundable once onboarding, research, design direction, or development work has begun.
Cancellation requests submitted within 72 hours of payment — and before any project work has started — may be eligible for a partial refund less processing fees and completed preparatory work.
Projects delayed for extended periods due to missing client communication, approvals, or materials may be paused or closed without refund.
Due to the custom nature of digital services, completed work, delivered concepts, strategy, and allocated production time are non-refundable.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this policy and all project terms.
